Frequently Asked Questions

Do students need paid seats or accounts?

No! Member limits only count classroom admins and teachers. Students join using the teacher's 5-digit course code without logging in, with no cap on student headcount.

Will our data carry over when upgrading from a Trial to an Official Classroom?

Yes, 100%. Your existing trial workspace is upgraded in place—all teacher permissions, categories, and uploaded models remain intact while unlocking your custom branding and higher limits.

What if we have multiple branches or need more than 8 teachers?

Both member limits and custom model upload quotas can be tailored to your institution. Multi-branch schools can also run separate classrooms and switch between them under a single account.
